About Project
Already operational in Rwanda, RHCC ensures all professionals are qualified and monitored, aligning the workforce with regional health standards. It addresses fragmentation in licensing systems, creating a scalable model for health worker accreditation across Africa.
Visit Platform >The Problem
Rwanda has over 25,000 health professionals who require licensing, accreditation, and continuous professional development (CPD) tracking. Current systems are fragmented, partly manual, and inconsistent, which makes compliance verification difficult and undermines workforce mobility. This also limits Rwanda’s ability to align with regional and continental health accreditation frameworks. The same problem exists across Africa, where health worker mobility is critical but hindered by weak licensing systems.
Our Solution
RHCC is a licensing and accreditation platform that digitizes professional verification, CPD management, and compliance tracking. Already operational in Rwanda, it strengthens patient safety by ensuring qualified professionals are recognized and monitored. The roadmap includes linking with regional and continental licensing councils, creating a scalable model for Africa’s health workforce accreditation.
